Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Noosh app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by San Soro Studio Inc. (the "Service Provider"), as a freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Intellectual property
You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Application or any part of it, or misuse our trademarks. You may not extract or attempt to extract source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law. Trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Changes to the Application and pricing
The Service Provider may modify the Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you in advance where required by law or by the applicable app marketplace.
Your device and data security
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device (removing software restrictions imposed by the official operating system). Doing so can expose your device to malware, weaken security, and may cause the Application to malfunction or stop working.
Third-party services
The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions. These include:
- Google Analytics for Firebase (Firebase / Google)
- Firebase Crashlytics (Firebase / Google)
- Sentry
- Mixpanel
- RevenueCat
Internet and network charges
Some functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not work fully because you have no connectivity or have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside Wi-Fi, your mobile provider’s terms and charges apply, including data usage, roaming, and third-party fees. You are responsible for those charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you represent that you have the bill payer’s permission to use the Application.
Device and reliance on the Service
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and in working order. The Service Provider is not liable if you cannot access the Service because your device has no power or for similar reasons within your control.
The Service Provider aims to keep the Application accurate and up to date but may rely on third parties for some information. The Service Provider is not liable for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from your reliance on functionality or content in the Application.
Artificial intelligence
The Application may use artificial intelligence (AI) to provide certain features or services. By using the Application, you acknowledge that AI may process data to deliver those features. The Service Provider intends for such use to comply with applicable law and to support the user experience. AI outputs may be imperfect; you should not rely on them as the sole basis for decisions where accuracy is critical (for example, health or safety).
Updates and termination
The Service Provider may update the Application. Operating system requirements may change; you may need to install updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always remain compatible with your device or OS version. You agree to accept updates when offered, where applicable.
The Service Provider may stop providing the Application or end your right to use it at any time. Unless stated otherwise, when your use ends: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms end; (b) you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to these terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The Service Provider will post the new terms on this page and update the effective date. Please review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted may constitute your acceptance of the revised terms, where permitted by law.
